Credit Card Electronic Consent

This Credit Card Electronic Consent applies to all Legal Disclosures, Notices and Communications for credit card products and services offered by Bankers Healthcare Group LLC d/b/a BHG Financial issued by Blue Ridge Bank N.A.

In this Consent Statement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to: (1) Blue Ridge Bank, N.A., the creditor of BHG Financial credit cards, (2) BHG Financial, and (3) their service providers.

You have the right to receive these items in paper form by mail. We may instead provide these to you electronically if you: give us your Consent to do so and satisfy the System Requirements below. For purposes of this Credit Card Electronic Consent, all servicing and collection communications on your account, as well as all legal disclosures, notices and communications that we are required to provide in writing regarding the account are included.

Duration of Consent

Your Consent will remain effective until: (1) you or we have terminated the Program or your Card; (2) you opt-out of electronic communications.

1. Scope of Communications to Be Provided in Electronic Form.

You agree that we may provide you with any Communications in electronic format unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below. Your consent to receive electronic communications includes, but is not limited to:

  • Legal Disclosures, including Account Terms and Card Member Agreements
  • Notices regarding your account, including changes in account terms
  • Privacy policies

2. Method of Providing Communications to You in Electronic Form.

We may deliver, make available, send, notify or similar term. We may provide the Covered Items electronically through files, including those in PDF format, downloaded from our website. It is your responsibility to review the Covered Items promptly, so you can take appropriate action. Any communication sent in this manner will be considered as delivered “in writing.”

3. How to Withdraw Consent.

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications in electronic form at any time, for no fee, by contacting us at 855-961-5350. Consent withdrawal will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.

4. How to Update Your Records.

We rely on information provided to be up to date and accurate. You can update your contact information by contacting us on the cardholder web site or calling us at 855-961-5350.

5. Hardware and Software Requirements.

You must have:

  • working Internet access
  • a Web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (we support the latest version of Chrome®, Firefox®, Microsoft Edge®, or Safari®)
  • 16 MB of available memory (32 MB of RAM recommended) and a program that can view, save and print PDF files (such as Adobe® Reader® 4.0 or higher).
  • a personal computer (for PCs: Pentium 120 MHz or higher; for Macintosh, Power Mac 9500, Power PC 604 processor: 120-MHz Base or higher), operating system and telecommunications connections to the Internet capable of receiving, accessing, displaying, and either printing or storing Communications received from us in electronic form via a plain text-formatted e-mail or by access to our web site using one of the browsers specified above.

6. Requesting Paper Copies.

You may make copies of the communications by using the "print" or "save" functionality of the application in which you are viewing the communication.

7. Our Right to Send Paper.

We reserve the right to distribute any communications in paper under this agreement.

8. Consent.

By selecting "Yes,” or “I agree” or providing back the one-time code, you are consenting to Electronic Communications as described in the agreement below and that you have provided your current email address or mobile phone number. This consent affirms that your internet connected device satisfies the necessary hardware and software requirements.
